This 30,000 square foot multi-family condominium building is targeting “Built Green Level 4” status. Occupying a former ferry terminal and adjacent to an urban park, the project will provide a terminus to a primary east/west axis in Seattle. It will serve as a thoughtful development catalyst for the neighborhood, knitting together various generations of architecture and urban development.
