Laura Sinn

Principal

Laura Sinn joined Olson Kundig in 2016 and was named an associate of the firm in 2021. Since joining Olson Kundig, Laura has worked on various large-scale, mixed-use and workplace projects including The LeBron James Innovation Center at Nike World Headquarters. A highly versatile designer, her previous experience at firms in Washington D.C. and New York City was focused on high-end residential, commercial, and retail projects.

No matter the project type, Laura’s work explores the many ways human interaction with architecture can unfold. She is particularly interested in the choreographing of experience through space on a variety of scales, from individual tactile moments to dynamic, community events. Outside of her project work, Laura helps to organize Olson Kundig’s “Thursday Crit,” a weekly all-hands gathering where the firm’s staff convenes to collaborate on an ongoing project. Laura is passionate about fostering this long-standing practice, which symbolizes our internal culture of open design dialogue and experimentation.
