Zooraji Park is a 40,000-square-foot immersive adventure designed for children and adults. Located on the rooftop of Shinsegae Centum City—the world’s largest department store—the garden is divided into five distinct zones that allow children to explore and create their own stories and adventures: the Land of the Dinosaurs, the African Rainforest, the Rain Garden, the Woods, and the Pirate’s Shipwreck. Each zone is designed to provide unique opportunities in which children can play and learn.
Incorporating live landscaping, native plants, and natural materials, Zooraji offers children and families the experience of interacting with nature, an opportunity not found anywhere else in the urban center.
An open landscape and integrated seating throughout the Garden provide parents with a comfortable and engaging experience while their children are at play. Expansive views of the city’s skyline and Busan River surround the perimeter of the park. At night the garden transforms for special events—the open lawn is illuminated while the Rain Garden converts into a stage for performances—with the glowing city providing a dramatic backdrop.
